Defending champions Manchester City will lock horns with Chelsea in the Emirates FA Cup semi Finals clash In a draw that was released tonight.
City will be seeking their eighth FA title after defeating Manchester United 2-1 in last season’s final.
City had booked their ticket to the last four after defeating Newcastle 2-0 at the Etihad stadium on Saturday while Chelsea saw off Leicester city 4-2 in their Quater Final clash played on Saturday.
In the other semifinal, Manchester United were rewarded with a tie against Championship side Coventry City, having edged past Liverpool in an exhilarating 4-3 win at Old Trafford earlier on Sunday.
City became the first team in history to reach six consecutive FA Cup semifinals when they beat Newcastle 2-0 on Saturday thanks to two goals from Bernardo Silva.
Coventry made history of their own on Saturday when they scored two goals in second half stoppage time to complete an unlikely comeback against Wolves, securing a place in the semifinals for the second time.
Chelsea, who are taking a second trip to Wembley this season having lost the Carabao Cup final to Liverpool on Feb. 25, eventually overcame Leicester 4-2 earlier on Saturday.
The semifinals are due to be played on April 20-21 at Wembley Stadium.
