Several African Heads of State and governments have pitched camp in Nairobi, for the World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA21) summit.
The two day forum started yesterday at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi.
Here is a list of African leaders in Nairobi for the summit:

Samia Suluhu Hassan, President, Tanzania

Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, President, Mauritania

Faustin-Archange Touadéra, President, Central African Republic
Robert Beugré Mambé, Prime Minister, Ivory Coast
During the summit, African Heads of State and governments are expected to support an ambitious and robust 21st replenishment of the resources of the International Development Association.
According to Kenya’s ministry of foreign and diaspora affairs, the resources are set to aid the continent in addressing development challenges in a sustainable manner, in the end creating prosperous, inclusive and sustainable economies.
President William Ruto, the host, steps into the summit right from his visit of Zimbabwe.
While in the South African nation, Ruto said African countries must harness technology to overcome hindrances to the continent’s integration.
This, he said will not only accelerate the realization of the African Continental Free Trade Area, but also expose countries to more economic opportunities in the digital space.
