The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has cracked its whip against 64 matatu Saccos.
NTSA has revoked licences of the public service transport operators.
The matatu and bus operators ply various short and long distance routes across the country. However, NTSA Director General George Njao in a statement released on Thursday, did not reveal the reason behind the revocation.
He indicated that police officers have been advised to impound vehicles under the said Saccos if found to still be in operation.
Here is a list of the Saccos whose licences have been revoked:
